Derrick Dudash has been a dedicated member of The Doll Team since 2019. Although a licensed real estate agent, he has placed his license in referral to concentrate on his core responsibilities. These include managing human resources, bookkeeping, overseeing the investment and divestment of hardware, software, and team equipment, as well as handling various behind-the-scenes tasks to support the team's agents and staff. Derrick plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of The Doll Team.
Susan McLean has been an integral part of The Doll Team for 14 years. She began her journey in the property management department and now serves as the team’s Sales Transaction Coordinator. A resident of Hampton Roads for over 20 years, Susan currently resides in Norfolk with her husband, their 11-year-old son, and two dogs.
Meagan McClain joined The Doll Team a decade ago with no prior experience in property management. Previously working as a Ford and Kia Warranty Administrator at a dealership in San Diego, she returned to her hometown of Virginia Beach seeking a new career path.
