Derrick Dudash has been a dedicated member of The Doll Team since 2019. Although a licensed real estate agent, he has placed his license in referral to concentrate on his core responsibilities. These include managing human resources, bookkeeping, overseeing the investment and divestment of hardware, software, and team equipment, as well as handling various behind-the-scenes tasks to support the team's agents and staff. Derrick plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of The Doll Team.
Susan McLean has spent her career in real estate, beginning as an agent assistant before joining The Doll Team in October 2010. As Sales Transaction Coordinator, she guides agents and clients through the home buying and selling process, helping ensure every detail is handled smoothly from start to finish. Taylor Charlton brings nearly 12 years of retail management experience to The Doll Team, providing a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. Anna Ward is The Doll Team’s Director of Property Management, bringing 28 years of experience in vacation rentals and property management. Before joining The Doll Team, she worked in staging and small renovations, helping properties look their best and stay market-ready. She is passionate about helping people and enjoys working with homeowners, tenants, and vendors to keep properties well maintained. Emily Haber serves as the Leasing Coordinator for The Doll Team, where she guides prospective tenants through the leasing process with a friendly, customer-focused approach. With a background in hospitality sales, Emily is passionate about creating a positive experience for every applicant. Kim Maszle brings previous property management experience to her role as Maintenance Coordinator with The Doll Team.
