Susan McLean has spent her career in real estate, beginning as an agent assistant before joining The Doll Team in October 2010. As Sales Transaction Coordinator, she guides agents and clients through the home buying and selling process, helping ensure every detail is handled smoothly from start to finish.
Susan moved to Norfolk in 2002 to attend Old Dominion University and has called Hampton Roads home ever since. With both her father and father-in-law having served in the Navy, she has a strong connection to the military community. Outside of work, Susan enjoys time with her husband of 17 years, their 13-year-old son, and their two-year-old Aussie-Doodle.
