Bailey Deaver serves as the Director of Marketing and Community Relations for The Doll Team, where she oversees the team’s marketing strategy and brand presence. A Virginia Beach native, she leads the team’s marketing efforts, including social media, branding, video production, community outreach, and digital content. Bailey is passionate about using creativity and storytelling to showcase the people, homes, and communities that make Hampton Roads such a special place.
