Bailey Deaver is the Director of Marketing and Community Relations for The Doll Team, where she manages marketing, branding, and community engagement. A Virginia Beach native and Longwood University graduate, she leads the team’s marketing efforts, including social media, branding, video production, community outreach, and digital content.
She is passionate about using creativity and storytelling to highlight the people, homes, and communities that make Hampton Roads such a special place to call home.
