We bought our home in Glenwood with Amy's dad Steve back in 2008. Military orders forced us to move and we needed a property manager. The Doll's kept our house rented for 15 years without a gap, allowing us to build significant equity while remaining cash flow neutral on a monthly basis. We sold our house from out of state, and Melissa was there for us throughout the entire process. She coordinated with our tenants and property manager and ensured that all necessary repairs were taken care of before listing the property.
