Mona Woodruff, originally from Brooklyn, New York, brings a vibrant personality and a wealth of experience to her work in property management. A graduate of the University of Vermont, where she once tackled the legendary “Vermonster” ice cream challenge, Mona holds a degree in Criminal Justice.
For over a decade, she has focused her career on property management, working with esteemed companies such as Breeden, SL Nusbaum, and Market Capital out of NYC. Her expertise spans managing multi-family, commercial, and multi-use properties. Sixteen years ago, Mona relocated to Virginia, where she has been passionately dedicated to fostering thriving communities ever since.
